Sand with 80-180 grit for optimal adhesion.
Mixing:
Combine primer and hardener in the recommended ratio (check product label).
Stir thoroughly and apply within the pot life.
Spraying:
Use an HVLP spray gun (1.4–1.8mm nozzle).
Apply 2-3 medium coats with flash-off time between layers.
Sanding:
Dry sand with 320-400 grit for topcoat prep.
Wet sand (600+ grit) for ultra-smooth finishes.
